Move your Rig to the next hole with No Rig Down with the Rig Walker

The Rig Walker allows an drilling rig to be moved laterally. Often times, rigs are disassembled, transported, and then reassembled on an adjacent well. The Rig Walker eliminates the timely, haphazard process of rig down. It uses hydraulics to lift and transverse the entire rig with control, stability, and precision to its new drilling location safely.

BOP Handling System

Features:

  1. The B.O.P. Transportation Skid keeps the entire B.O.P. Stack (Max. 60,000 LB) remain assembled between rig-move to minimize rig-up & rig-down time.
  2. Raise or lower the complete B.O.P. Stack safely from horizontal position to upright position using a wire rope raising system. The maximum vertical raising load is less than 10 Tons.
  3. The B.O.P. Stack in its upright position can be pushed into or pulled back out from well center by a built-in hydraulic cylinder. Customer will provide 2000 PSI hydraulic power to operate the cylinder.
  4. Include lift eyes to accommodate vertical lifting of the entire B.O.P. at the well center.
  5. Provide easy access to service the BOP stack.

Offline Stand Maker

Features:

  1. Lifting system and Pipe Make-Up System: Pneumatic winch mounted near crown area for maximum lifting capacity of 5,000 lbs.

Crown Block

The Crown Block is designed for 650 tons static hook load capacity with 14 lines strung to the traveling block. The fast-line runs outside the mast and the deadline runs inside the mast on off-drawworks/off-driller corner. The crown is oriented so that the flat side of the traveling block faces the derrick-man.

Hydraulic Powered Wire Line Spool Drive Unit

Features:

  1. Supports the standard wire line spool.
  2. Easy loading of the wire line spool in to the unit.
  3. The spool is free to rotate when the hydraulic clutch motor is not engaged.
  4. Braking is made by running the hydraulic motor in the opposite direction.
  5. Level-winded Fairlead with special diamond patterned drive screw maintains proper spooling of the wire rope.
