Land Rig
Proven to perform on multiple well pads and drill extended reach wells, the Rocket Rig is an oil field tough drilling land rig. The components of the Rocket Rig are consolidated and unitized to make it a fast moving land rig that can be transported in as few as 12 truckloads. For example, the guide track built into the mast stem.
BOP Handler & Transporter
The BOP Handler is a hydraulic skid designed to transport an assembled BOP horizontally, raise it to vertical, and position the BOP over well center. Our BOP Handling system allows the BOP to be moved fully assembled from location to location.
Crown Block
The Crown Block is designed for 650 tons static hook load capacity with 14 lines strung to the traveling block. The crown is safely oriented so that the flat side of the traveling block faces the derrick man. The Crown Block may be quoted with the optional Crown Bumper.
Service Platforms
Walk Around Service Platforms provide service access to racking boards or access for tugger sheaves under the crown platform. Veristic's Work and Service Platforms are designed to be maintenance free.
Rig Skidding System
Veristic proudly presents the Rig Walker, a hydraulic machine that simplifies rig skidding procedures by lifting and moveing a fully-assembled land rigs to nearby wells. With a 2.4 million pound lift capacity, our rig skidding system allows the user the ability to not only skid the rig in 8 directions, but also transport full stands of setback.
Offshore Derricks
Veristic Manufacturing's bolted beam legged, bottle shaped derrick can be designed for various types of Offshore Platform Rigs and Jack-Up Rigs with Hook Load and Environmental Load Capacities as specified by the customer.
Racking Board Solutions
Racking Board Solutions include Veristic’s fast moving land rig uses a straight bull line that eliminates reaving. Traveling block and top drive on this land rig are both contained within top mast section for ease of transport and rig up just a tad bit more text to see.
Traveling Block
Veristic designs and manufactures both traveling blocks and traveling block guide dollys. The traveling block guide dolly is designed to support the traveling block during operation, transportation and mast raising.
Hydraulic Powered Wire Spooler
The Hydraulic Powered Wire Spooler is designed with a heavy duty frame to hold the standard wire line spool. The Hydraulic Powered Wire Spooler is designed to keep an evening spooling of the wire rope.
